The Govt of Assam has released an official TET cum Recruitment Test Advertisement for filling up 5,550 LP UP Teacher Vacancies under Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam. As per Assam LP UP Teacher Recruitment 2024, there is no single vacancy available for the entire BTC Districts i.e, Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa, Tamulpur & Udalguri. So we can assume that the BTR Govt will release a new notification for BTR Districts separately.

Update: On 17 January 2024, the BTR Govt has finally released BTR LP UP Teacher Recruitment 2024 for 5 Districts of BTR (Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa, Tamulpur & Udalguri). As per BTR LP UP Advertisement 2024, candidates who have passed the BTC TET or Assam TET or Central TET for Lower Primary and Upper Primary Schools are eligible to apply for this vacancy.
