Age Limit

- 100 marks on percentage of marks in MA/ M.Sc. Examination.
- 100 marks on percentage of marks in BA/ B.Sc. Examination (in case of Major/ Hons, the marks obtained in Major/ Hons shall be taken into consideration).
- 100 marks on percentage of marks in HSS final examination.
- 100 marks on percentage of B. Ed Examination.
N.B. – Any other marks obtained in any other examinations such as HSLC or equivalent, Post Graduation/ B.T. or B.Ed. and any other professional qualification not recognized by UGC / NCTE will not be considered.

- 100 marks on percentage of marks in BA Examination with the concerning language as one of the subjects or highest degree in the language i.e. Pravin / Ratna Examination in case of Hindi Teacher or Shastri Examination in case of Sanskrit Teacher.
- 100 marks on percentage of marks in HS final examination.
- 100 marks on percentage of marks in B.Ed. final examination.
4. Criteria for selection Assistant Teacher (Arts & Science):
- 100 marks on percentage of marks in BA/B.Com/B.Sc. Examination (in case of Major/ Hons, the marks obtained in Major/ Hons shall be taken into consideration).

Adarsha Vidyalaya is a CBSE-affiliated government school in Assam. Adarsha Vidyalaya is also the model school of Assam. The Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan in Assam was established in 1985 and has been running under the Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA) by the Assam Govt. of India Mission since 1st January 2015.
