APSC Post List 2024: Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) holds the Combined Competitive Exam, popularly known as APCS CCE. The CCE is a three-stage examination that is conducted to recruit candidates to various posts in the civil services, including the Assam Civil Service (ACS), Assam Police Service (APS) and other departments of the Assam Government.

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) to recruit officers for various state services in Assam. The APSC CCE is a 3 stage examination comprising a Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview.
The services offered by the APSC CCE can be broadly categorized into two groups:-
- Group A Services: These are the highest level of services also called State Civil Services, and include a wide range of services such as the Assam Civil Service (ACS), Assam Police Service (APS)
- Group B Services: These are also called non-gazetted services and include a wide range of services such as the Registrar, etc.
