- Eligible candidates will have to apply in Standard Form of Application (Published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt of Assam) with the name of the post, super scribed on top of the envelope and same must be addressed to “The District Mission Coordinator, Samagra Siksha, Kamalabari, Majuli – 785106“.
- Separate application must be submitted for each post.
- The application must be accompanied with the following –
- Three recent coloured passport size photographs with signature on the reverse side,
- Self-attested copies of testimonials in support of Age, Caste, Educational Qualification and Experience etc.
- Current working Mobile nos. must be written on the top of the Standard Form.
